Where are you located?
Most of our work is done on our well-equipped property in Arcadia, NSW. However, for cases that require it, we travel short distances.
My horse has a regular vet. Can we see you as well?
Absolutely! We love working with our clients' regular vets to get their horse in the best shape possible.
Is there a vet onsite all the time?
Yes, Gillian the vet lives and works on the property. The only times where there isn't a vet onsite is when she is seeing other clients or shopping!
Do you accept insurance claims?
Depending on your policy, we process insurance claims for certain cases. Please get in touch, as this is a case-by-case basis.
How quickly can we be seen?
This will depend on what you and your horse are looking for. In most cases, we can see you in 1-3 days. For more urgent cases, we can see you as quickly as you can arrive.
